- Major credit card required to guarantee any reservation (American Express, Visa, or MasterCard)
- Credit card used for reservation and driver's licence required at check-in
- 24-hour notice of cancellation required to avoid penalty of one-night room and tax charge
- Non-refundable rates are not subject to refunds, cancellations, or modifications; non-refundable rates are charged in full at time of booking
- For reservations paid by a third-party, a Third Party Authorization form must be filled prior to guest arrival. Please contact us for additional information.
- Late check-out can be accommodated at an additional charge. Please contact us for additional information.
- Only the maximum number of guests allowed per room may stay in room.
- In-room parties are prohibited. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance, a single warning will be issued before guest is asked to leave the hotel immediately and forfeit all fees. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a comfortable atmosphere for your neighbours.
